Studio Policy
Private Instruction: All lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis, based on the teaching calendar set by Premier Music Studio. 24-hour notification is required for all cancellations. In the event of an emergency or last-minute illness, the lesson fee will be credited in the following months’ invoice if a make-up lesson cannot be scheduled. If a lesson is missed due to a teacher absence, every effort will be made to make-up the lesson; otherwise, the lesson fee will be credited in the following months’ invoice. For all other cancellations, the lesson fee will be forfeited if 24-hour notice is not given.
Group Classes: There are no make-up classes given for any absence for a group class unless there is a teacher cancellation.
How can I pay?
Private Instruction: Payment is required before the beginning of each month upon receiving your monthly invoice. Clients may pay via check, Zelle, and Paypal. Please direct all electronic transfers to premiermusicstudiony@gmail.com via Zelle and PayPal. All checks may be made payable to Premier Music Studio.
Group Classes: All payments for group classes are payable upon registration for the entire session. Clients may pay via check, Zelle, and PayPal. Please direct all electronic transfers to premiermusicstudiony@gmail.com via Zelle and PayPal. All checks may be made payable to Premier Music Studio.
When should I cancel?
Premier Music Studio currently offers lessons virtually, in-studio, and in-home. Please note that the studio teachers will not teach any student who currently has: • fever within 24 hours • Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease • scarlet fever • lice • chicken pox • roseola • conjunctivitis • measles • Fifths Disease • strep throat • pertussis • gastroenteritis • vomiting within 24 hours • influenza -ringworm. Any students or their family members who have COVID-19 must notify Premier Music Studio immediately. Virtual lesson options are always available to students who must cancel due to any illness or quarantine.
As a general guideline, if work or school must be missed due to illness, a music lesson will not be given.
