Premier Music Studio Policies

Private Instruction: All private lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis, based on the teaching calendar set by Premier Music Studio. 24-hour notification is required for all cancellations; otherwise the studio teacher is not required to make-up the lesson missed and the lesson fee will be forfeited. In the event of an emergency or a teacher cancellation, a make-up lesson will be offered.

Group Classes: All group classes are held weekly and make-up classes are offered on a case by case basis, valid during the duration of the group class trimester.

Summer Classes: We proudly operate all year long and offer flexible schedules during our 8-week summer session. Private instruction clients may pay per month, while our group class clients may pay for our truncated 6-week session. Make-up lessons are offered so that families have ultimate flexibility when planning summer fun.

Payments: Tuition for private instruction may be paid either per month or per trimester. Tuition for group instruction must be paid per trimester. All registered clients of Premier Music Studio may select to make payments via Credit Card Autopay or Check, and will receive detailed invoices in advance of all Autopay drafts. All monthly payments will be drafted on the 25th of every month for the following month, and all trimester payments will be drafted on the following schedule for the 2024-2025 academic year:

  • August 25, 2024

  • November 25, 2024

  • February 25, 2025

All invoices must be paid in full by the 1st of the month; otherwise, a $25 per month fee will be incurred and all future classes will be suspended until the account is satisfied.

Student Registrations: All registrations are accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis. For students who register after a trimester or month begins, a prorate will be offered, and payments will be drafted at the time registration is submitted.

When should I cancel?

Premier Music Studio instructors will not teach any student who is actively sick or contagious. Please notify the administrative team 24-hours in advance of all cancellations or requests to reschedule a lesson. For all weather-related cancellations and closures, families will be notified via email and given a make-up class option.

Withdrawal and Refunds: All Premier Music Studio clients must comply with the terms listed upon registering for classes. All classes and Autopays may be cancelled or modified at any time upon notifying the administrative team in writing. For all student withdrawals from made before a trimester or month begins, any pre-scheduled payments will be cancelled upon receiving notification. Refunds for all student withdrawals made during the month or trimester will not be rendered for the remaining prepaid classes.

Student Conduct: All students may be dropped off 5 minutes in advance of their scheduled class and must be picked up by their authorized parent or caregiver at the time their class concludes. Students who have permission to walk must notify Premier Music Studio in writing. We respectfully request for all students and those who accompany them to be mindful of the classes in session and help us maintain a positive and happy learning environment.

Communications: All clients are to communicate directly with the administrative team at Premier Music Studio as it pertains to scheduling, cancellations, and billing. Clients and instructors may feel free to communicate lesson planning. The administrative team will happily liaise all delays for travel instructors.
